The Linking Leader Profile (LLP|360) is a robust, 360° multi-rater leadership diagnostic that measures performance across 13 essential Linking Skills, grouped into three tiers:

• People Linking Skills (6): Active Listening, Communication, Team Relationships, Problem Solving & Counselling, Participative Decision-Making, Interface Management
• Task Linking Skills (5): Objective Setting, Quality Standards, Work Allocation, Team Development, Delegation
• Leadership Linking Skills (2): Motivation and Strategy
• Participants—including the self, direct reports, peers, and management—rate both how much each Linking Skill should occur and how much it does occur. The resulting gap analysis is presented as satisfaction rates, accompanied by importance rankings and targeted guidance.
